All drawers and cabinet cleaned inside and out
Sink taps cleaned and polished
Back splash tile degreased, cleaned
Oven cleaned inside and outside
Grime from extractor fan cleaned and removed
Refrigerator cleaned, defrosted and all surfaces cleaned and sanitized
Dishwasher cleaned
Microwave cleaned inside and outside
Counter tops cleaned, disinfected and shined
Ceiling fans wiped (height restrictions may apply)
Lighting fixtures, wall plates, light switches wiped
Bathroom door/ fittings washed and sanitized
Bathroom woodwork washed and sanitized
Tiled areas degreased, cleaned
Bath tub area cleaned, fittings cleaned and sink cleaned
Shower area, door and fittings cleaned
Toilet cleaned and sanitized
All mirrors cleaned and shined
All carpeted areas vacuumed
All hard floors scrubbed & washed
All baseboards cleaned
All window ledges dusted and damp wiped
Window sills and frames cleaned when accessible
Entry doors washed from both side
Staircase handrails cleaned
All walls spot cleaned – removing finger marks
All window shades /blinds dusted (cleaned on the inside ). We will not touch draperies
All furniture and surfaces cleaned and polished
Trash removed
Note: All Cleaning is restricted to accessibility without standing on counter tops, appliances and furniture.
LAUNDRY ROOM: If applicable, washer and dryer front cleaned. Top, back and sides cleaned if accessible.
