Post Construction/Retail Services*

• Dust handrails, mantels and other various woodwork

• Clean interior masonry (brick, rock,marble etc)

• Remove all paint/mud /glue/stickers from glass

• Steam clean the carpeted areas if required

• Complete wipe down all furnishings and installed desks, cabinets and counter

• Remove and dispose of any protective plastic film

• Clean water beater room and water heater and water heater platforms

• Clean all wire shelving from dust, paint or texture

• Clear airflow registers and immediate duct work
